Prior to my becoming an agent, I had a real estate investment company. We flipped houses. My firms and I flipped... a lot... of houses. Hundreds over 20 years.
I learned what it's like, first hand, to be in a BUYER's shoes... in your shoes... and wanting to get that very best deal on that home of my dreams.... as quickly, and as effortlessly as possible.
